Terms of Service

Last updated: 11 July 2026

1. Who we are

SiteBot24 ("the Service") is a website monitoring service operated by DEBRUSK s.r.o., Mukařovského 1985/5, 155 00 Praha 5, Czech Republic, Company ID: 09999973, VAT ID: CZ09999973 ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@sitebot24.com.

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Payments and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Polar.sh. Polar is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Polar provides all customer service inquiries related to payments and handles returns. DEBRUSK s.r.o. remains the provider of the Service itself.

3. What the Service does

SiteBot24 monitors websites that you add to your account: availability (uptime), SSL certificate and domain expiry, basic SEO signals (broken links, missing metadata) and content changes. It sends email alerts and periodic reports, and can generate AI-assisted plain-language explanations of detected problems. Monitoring requests are made from our infrastructure and identify themselves with the User-Agent SiteBot24-Monitor.

4. Plans, limits and prices

The Service is offered as a single monthly subscription plan ("Full Service") in three tiers that differ only in the number of monitored websites; for more than 10 websites contact us for an individual offer. Current prices and tier limits are shown on the pricing and billing pages. The limits and prices that apply to your account are always the ones displayed in the Service at the time of purchase or renewal.

A new account has no active monitoring until a tier is assigned to it (by completing a purchase, or manually by us). Switching to a lower tier requires first reducing the number of active websites to that tier's limit.

We may change prices or plan limits. For paid plans we will announce price changes by email at least 14 days in advance; a new price applies from your next billing period. If you do not agree with a change, cancel the subscription before it takes effect.

5. Your responsibilities and acceptable use

6. Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation

7. Refunds

Monitoring starts immediately after payment; during checkout you expressly acknowledge the immediate start of the Service and request its immediate provision. You can cancel at any time - the plan stays active until the end of the paid billing period and amounts already paid are not refunded. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected to the extent they cannot be contractually excluded; details are in the Refund policy. Refunds, where issued, are processed by Polar as the Merchant of Record and access to the paid plan ends immediately when a payment is refunded.

8. Availability, disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". Monitoring itself can have gaps or outages: checks run at intervals, networks fail, and email alerts can be delayed or not delivered by third-party mail systems. SiteBot24 is a detection tool - it is not insurance against downtime and does not guarantee that every incident on your site will be detected or reported in time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (including lost profits or revenue caused by downtime of your website or by a missed or delayed alert). Our total aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.

9. Data protection

How we handle personal data and monitored-site data is described in the Privacy Policy and Cookies policy.

10. Termination and changes to these Terms

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time via hello@sitebot24.com. We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
